Sales Manager (Riyadh)


Job Description:

Our software agency in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing the sales team, and developing new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the software industry and competitor landscape
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and develop new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience selling software development services in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools
  • Strong network and relationships within the software industry in Riyadh
