Our software agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager who speaks Arabic to lead our sales team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our software products and services to businesses and organizations in Saudi Arabia.
Aufgabenbereiche:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Identify and target potential customers and prospects in Saudi Arabia using various sales techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers
- Work closely with our technical team to ensure that customer requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to stay ahead of the competition
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
Anforderungen:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in software sales in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools
- Ability to travel as needed
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience managing a sales team in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and culture
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools
